At Cartech Enterprises, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of vehicle sales, the following refund and return terms apply.

Vehicle Sales Are Generally Final

All vehicle purchases are considered final once:

• The vehicle registration form is signed
• Payment or deposit is made
• The Certified Copy registration process has begun

Vehicles are inspected and approved by the buyer before completion of sale.

Deposits

• Deposits made to reserve a vehicle may be non-refundable, especially if the vehicle is removed from sale.
• Refundability of a deposit depends on the written agreement at the time of payment.
• Administrative and processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

Special Orders & Imported Vehicles

Vehicles that are:

• Specially ordered
• Imported upon request
• Customized

are non-refundable, as these purchases are made specifically for the customer.

Refund Eligibility (Limited Situations)

A refund may be considered only if:

• There is a major undisclosed issue that significantly affects vehicle roadworthiness
• Legal documentation cannot be completed
• The sale cannot be finalized due to reasons solely caused by Cartech Enterprises

Refunds, if approved, may exclude administrative costs, licensing fees, or third-party expenses already incurred.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
